Qurban is done in the Islamic month of Dhu al-Hijjah, which is the 12th and final month of the Islamic calendar. The sacrifice of an animal is legal from the morning of the 10th to the sunset of the 13th Dhu l-Hijjah, so it can be done within a period of 3 days.
The specific days of Qurban are as follows:
10th Dhu al-Hijjah: This is the day of Eid al-Adha, and it is considered the most important day for Qurban.
11th Dhu al-Hijjah: This day is also known as Yawm al-Nahr, or the Day of Sacrifice.
12th Dhu al-Hijjah: This day is known as Yawm al-Tashriq, or the Day of Drying.
It is important to note that the dates of Qurban vary from year to year, as the Islamic calendar is lunar and not solar. This means that the days of the Islamic calendar move forward by 11 days each year relative to the Gregorian calendar.
